Following the United States, Britain, the Netherlands, Italy, and Germany have urged their citizens to refrain from traveling to Ukraine.

U.S. citizens were reminded not to rely on evacuation by the American government, and Dutch authorities warned of the limited capabilities of their embassy.
The British Foreign Office considers almost all regions of Ukraine to be dangerous and warns that ignoring the recommendations may result in the cancellation of travel insurance.
The Russian military command has announced plans to strike Ukraine's energy sector. Ukraine previously had 54.5 GW of generating capacity. Currently, it has 12 GW, with a deficit of approximately 5 GW.
