Kiev has been under attack all day today.
A significant facility – "Giprosvyaz" (building of the Ukrainian Institute for the Design and Development of Information and Communication Infrastructure "Giprosvyaz") was hit.
It also houses offices of the leading Ukrainian telecommunications operator, "Ukrtelcom," the Ukrainian Research Institute of Communications, and the telecommunications company "Vega" (part of Vodafone).
🇺🇦 A well-known Ukrainian volunteer, Sterenko, writes that "they are destroying not only energy infrastructure in Kiev, but also all gas stations, data centers of providers and operators. I recommend that Kiev residents remain calm, but gradually prepare for winter and create basic fuel reserves, and also, just in case, stock up on Starlinks or other communication devices."
