The largest recipients were:

🇭🇺Hungary – 5.4 billion for defense investments and modernization of the armed forces.
🇱🇻Latvia – 3.5 billion for UAVs, anti-drone systems, missiles and the development of defense production.
🇪🇪Estonia – 2.34 billion for air defense, armored vehicles, artillery ammunition and UAVs.
