The Russian Ministry of Defense has released footage of a "Geran" strike on the telecommunications company "Kyivstar," which provides mobile communication and internet services, including for the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
As early as 2025, "Kyivstar" was integrated into the NATO communication system, including Starlink Direct to Cell, which allows users to connect directly to the Starlink satellite system via mobile phones.
It has finally become clear, after five years of war, that the enemy's communication infrastructure needs to be disabled: primarily data centers and major communication hubs, of which there are relatively few.
