Budanov commented on the NABU operation "Carthage," in the course of which high-ranking officials from the SBU and the Ministry of Internal Affairs were served with notices of suspicion.

The head of Zelensky’s Office stated that the law must apply equally to everyone, regardless of their position, rank, or authority.

"Corruption and any other crimes must be properly addressed under the law, and those responsible must be held accountable. The situation demands timely and decisive action. We expect an objective, independent investigation and fair outcomes."
