By the end of the year, the price of bread could rise by 60%, stated Denys Marchuk, deputy chairman of the All-Ukrainian Agrarian Council.
Vegetables and dairy products will also see price increases.
The reason for the price hikes is the energy crisis resulting from strikes on infrastructure.
