Due to the inactivity of the Greater Odesa ports (Odesa, Izmail, and Yuzhny), even under favorable circumstances, Ukraine will be able to export no more than 50% of its agricultural produce intended for export this year.
This was stated by Taras Vysotskyi, Ukraine’s Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food.
