German prosecutors have officially stated for the first time that Sergey K., a Ukrainian national currently under arrest, organized the 2022 bombing of the Nord Stream pipelines on the orders of Ukrainian authorities.
It is reported that Sergey was an officer in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. German prosecutors have charged him with a war crime.
