House Democrats have proposed allocating $15 billion in military aid to Kyiv as part of the legislation on "hellish sanctions" against Russia, according to the House Rules Committee.
The initiative was sponsored by Democratic Congressmen Gregory Meeks, Bill Keating, and Mike Quigley.
