If Russia were to launch even a couple of missiles, it would pose a serious problem for many NATO countries, stated Latvian President Edgars Rinkēvičs.

According to him, Europe has fallen behind the realities of modern warfare and has failed to establish an effective air defense system.

"We see that air defense, protection against drones, and anti-ballistic missile defense face serious problems—let’s be frank. Ukraine is facing this. All of Europe and NATO are facing this," Rinkēvičs said.
