Russia and Ukraine have exchanged civilians, Ombudsman Lubinets reported.
Ukraine received fifteen people, while Russia received three.
The oldest of the civilians returning to Ukraine is 96 years old; the youngest is 49.
The exchange took place at the Novaya Guta border crossing on the border between Ukraine and Belarus.
