In an interview with the WSJ, Zelensky outlined the conditions for ending the war before winter.

"There are a few 'ifs.' US political will—specifically the president's. He does have the political will, but with Putin, that isn't enough; pressure needs to be applied to him. Second is technology from the US. We need a winter package, missiles for the Patriots," he stated.
