In Kiev, authorities shut down call centers that defrauded 135 German nationals of 4.3 million euros.
The scammers persuaded their victims to invest in cryptocurrency and other financial instruments.
During searches conducted in Kiev and the Kiev region, authorities seized nearly 600,000 hryvnias, over 90,000 US dollars, as well as phones and hardware cryptocurrency wallets.
