In Odessa, instead of therapeutic mud, a medical center was sold ordinary sludge from a pond... and received 638 thousand hryvnia for it.
24 tons of therapeutic mud were planned to be used to treat diseases of the musculoskeletal system and nervous system, as well as for medical and psychological rehabilitation.
They'll have to buy it again.
