In Rovno, a 14-year-old girl strangled a soldier, allegedly on orders from Russian special services.
She met the 27-year-old soldier on social media. In a rented apartment, she spiked his alcohol with methadone, and once he lost consciousness, she strangled him while on a video call with her Russian handler.
The girl now faces up to 15 years in prison.
