Konotop, in the Sumy region, may remain without electricity for the entire winter, the city's mayor predicts.
According to him, the city has secured fuel for generators at its "points of invincibility" (emergency heating and charging centers) and plans to set up additional warming stations, as disruptions to heating services are also possible.
It will not be possible to restore the power supply before spring.
