Ukraine needs only 4–5% of the U.S. stockpile of Patriot missiles to protect Kiev and other cities during the winter, yet the U.S. is not providing them, stated a consultant to Zelensky known as "Flash."
According to his estimate, the U.S. holds a reserve of approximately 3,000 to 5,000 interceptor missiles; Ukraine would require only a small fraction of that total to bolster its defenses against Russian strikes.
