This was reported to the Financial Times by the head of one of the NABU's investigative units Alexander Abakumov.
The Bureau's activities have exacerbated a long-standing shortage of experienced senior officials, slowed down the work of parliament and reduced Zelensky's chances of re-election, the newspaper writes.
