NATO could begin shooting down Russian aircraft and drones that deliberately violate the Alliance's airspace, says Czech President Petr Pavel.
According to him, such a scenario is possible if Russian aircraft continue to violate NATO borders and ignore warnings.
Pavel emphasized that the Alliance seeks to avoid escalation, but Moscow might perceive excessive restraint as weakness.
