"Over the past four years, the European Union has not had a single, unified message or approach. We have not spoken on behalf of anyone other than ourselves.
Norway shares a border with Russia and possesses an extensive maritime territory; therefore, we must maintain sound, good-neighborly relations that ensure our security," Støre emphasized.
