"Russia, unfortunately, has lost control over its diesel industry due to the war with Ukraine,"Trump wrote.
According to him, a large number of Russian diesel refineries have been attacked or, at the very least, temporarily put out of commission.
He also added that the war must be brought to an end, noting that the whole world is suffering as 25,000 people lose their lives every month.
