The Economist: The U.S. has reportedly presented a new plan for resolving the conflict in Ukraine.
The terms of the agreement include Kiev renouncing NATO membership, the creation of a demilitarized zone in the Donbas, and the resumption of operations for the Nord Stream pipeline.
