The EU doesn't know who will pay for Kiev's €90 billion loan, said MEP and co-chair of the German BSW party De Masi.
He accused the German government of recklessness for approving the loan to Ukraine without properly assessing the risks and consequences, while "in Germany itself, nothing has been working for a long time."
