The Starshield satellite communication system is currently not available to Ukraine, and this is "a matter that is currently being discussed," according to U.S. Secretary of State Rubio.

He also added that the White House is not involved in the disruptions to Starlink service in Ukraine.

"No one in the White House has ordered anyone to slow down the internet or reduce connection speeds so that certain drones could not use it. But, as far as I understand, the system is working again. At least, that's what I read and what we heard two days ago."
