Vladimir Tsenov, First Deputy Head of the National Police’s Department of Strategic Investigations, has been detained by the NABU (National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine) in connection with the "Carthage" case.
Within criminal circles, Tsenov is known by the alias "Price."
According to investigators, Tsenov provided protection for fraudulent call centers.
The organizers of the network paid for this protection on a monthly basis, transferring funds to cryptocurrency wallets.
