🇺🇦In the city of Chernovtsy in Western Ukraine, local sources report that employees of the TCC attempted to mobilize a completely blind man with a first-degree disability.

It is claimed that the incident occurred after the young man's mother brought him to a store, left him briefly at the entrance, and went to do some shopping. At that moment, police officers approached the man, forcibly shoved him into a vehicle, and took him to another area of the city.
