'It is becoming increasingly difficult to explain to the European public why Ukraine needs to be supported, because everyone is tired of this war,'
EU foreign policy chief Kaja Kallas said at the EU–Canada summit in Montreal.
⠀

⠀
The European Commission plans to allocate €45 billion to Ukraine in 2027 and expects another €25 billion from partner countries, including Canada and the United Kingdom.
