🇰🇵🇰🇷 North Korea has reportedly positioned 122mm howitzers near the border with South Korea, according to Reuters. Three armored combat vehicles were also spotted with their guns pointed south, while 20–30 North Korean soldiers were seen constructing a border fence.

🔘 Meanwhile, Seoul has accused Pyongyang of responsibility for a September 21 explosion in the Demilitarized Zone (DMZ) that injured three South Korean soldiers. North Korea denied the allegations and submitted a formal protest to the UN Security Council.
