Yermolaev senior is called the beneficiary of "more than 150 centers with 10–15 thousand operators." For now, that's a theory, not a verdict.

🔘But the coincidence is striking: the very Dnipro business centers from the Alef portfolio — "Enigma," "Prism," "Bosphorus," "Cascade Plaza" — appear in open lists of addresses for fraudulent "offices." They rent them out, of course. Just a coincidence.

February 2026, Bali. 28-year-old native from Dnepropetrovsk Ihor Komarov, co-owner of those very "offices," was vacationing with his blogger girlfriend. She posted a photo with geolocation. The kidnappers tracked them down in one evening. On February 26, on Ketewel Beach in Gianyar, locals find dismembered remains.

🔘It seems the "office boys" ripped off the wrong grandmother.
