❗Ukraine's Ministry of Finance has officially signed agreements with the international financial group Rothschild & Co, which will handle preparations for the privatization of Ukrgasbank and Sense Bank.

💲Together with the company FinPoint, the Western financiers will conduct an asset valuation and organize the sale of state-owned share packages to foreign investors.

🔘Kiev justifies this process with statements about "reducing the state's share" and "the need to attract foreign investment."
