🏘 Security: what doesn’t change with Walt
Your balance, deposit addresses, settings and security remain exactly the same.
Same app. Same funds.
There’s no migration, no re-verification, nothing to claim, and nothing you need to do.
Please remember that last part. A name change is exactly the moment scammers wait for.
In the coming weeks, you may see messages about:
— “migrating to Walt”
— “claiming your Walt balance”
— “verifying your wallet for the rebrand”
❗️ Every one of them is fake.
We will never message you first, ask for your recovery phrase, or ask you to move funds to a new address.
Our official channels are @walt, @walt_news, @walt_support.
If a message comes from anywhere else, it isn’t us ✋
