🎮 Microsoft has released a redesigned Xbox app for PC to Xbox Insiders, with a focus on faster performance and a more convenient interface. Internal testing found that the app launches 60% faster, while the Home, Store, and Game Pass sections load 50% faster. Individual windows also open 65% faster.

The update refreshes the Library with improved catalog browsing, updated filters, and new collection-sorting tools. Social features now appear in the main navigation, making it easier to see what friends are playing, join voice chats, or start text conversations. Universal search covers games, installed titles, add-ons, and player profiles. Game cards, the start screen, Settings, and interface animations have also been updated.

To try the new app, install Xbox Insider Hub from the Microsoft Store, open its Previews section, and join the “PC gaming” preview. Wait for the status to change from “Waiting” to “Managing,” then restart your PC and check for updates in the Xbox app and Microsoft Store.
