The potential deal encompasses oil fields, refineries, and a network of gas stations worldwide
Its realization would require the approval of both the US government and the Kremlin
Vladimir Putin discussed this matter with Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner during their meeting at the Kremlin on September 5. It is not yet known whether an agreement will be reached
