🇺🇸🇷🇺🇺🇦 CIA Director Ratcliffe's Moscow visit was a continuation of the course toward establishing communication channels between US and Russian intelligence services, Rubio said.

Despite disagreements with Russia, the US must be able to maintain contact with Moscow, Narco Rubio stated.

"They have the second-largest nuclear arsenal in the world. So the US has to have the ability to communicate with them," he said in an interview with Fox Radio.
