Before the three-way talks have even started, Zelensky has already ruled out Russia's two biggest demands: Ukraine's neutrality and limits on its army. Territory, he says, can only be discussed at leader level, and Kiev "won't exchange anything for anything."
So what is Kiev actually bringing to the table? An energy truce and a halt to strikes on shipping, both of which Moscow has already rejected.
