The meeting, the photo, and the document are the result of pressure from below. Everyone who took part in the meeting understands that an attack on his fellow bloc members will hurt him as well.
The question, of course, is how long this will last, especially the promise not to discuss who the candidate for prime minister will be, given the minor, negligible detail that there are three people there who want the job.
