Launched Prof Jayakumar’s latest book – “Creating Three Unique Singapore Laws”. The book tells the inside story of three important Constitutional innovations: the Elected Presidency (EP), Group Representation Constituencies (GRCs) and Non-Constituency Members of Parliament (NCMPs).
