The leaders of Russia and Vietnam made statements for the press
The parties held detailed discussions on the state of bilateral cooperation, exchanged views on pressing regional and international matters, and identified priority areas to further deepen the Russia-Vietnam partnership.
Following the talks, the leaders adopted a Joint Statement on further strengthening the Russian-Vietnamese comprehensive strategic partnership at the new stage.
The parties also exchanged documents signed during the state visit to Russia by General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam and President of Vietnam To Lam.
