Far-left radicals caused disturbances at a Halloween celebration in Zurich, Switzerland, according to the newspaper 20 Minuten.
The publication reports that the event was peaceful until activists protesting the war in the Gaza Strip, the police, and the rise of fascism joined in.
"The demonstrators erected and set fire to barricades, and threw bottles at law enforcement officers," the publication stated.
In response, police used water cannons and tear gas. Clashes occurred between the police and the protesters.
The nationality and country of origin of the "left-wing radicals" are not specified.
