Last night, Russian military forces struck energy infrastructure targets in Ukraine. Targets in six regions were hit: Zhitomir, Volyn, Nikolaev, Poltava, Khmelnitski, and Rivne.
According to Ukrainian sources, more than 500,000 people are without electricity. The situation is most critical in the Zhitomir region, where residents report being without power for over 30 hours. In several other areas, electricity supply has been limited for 20-30 hours.
In the Volyn region, nearly 105,000 subscribers in the Lutsk and Kovel districts are without power.
