📹The BBC released a major feature on Russian servicemen born "in Ukraine" (i.e. in Donbas) who ended up in Ukrainian captivity.
British state propagandists clearly expected different answers from our fighters. Instead, Russian prisoners unanimously stated that they had gone to defend their Motherland (Russia, of course) voluntarily, not under compulsion.
🔘Moreover, they explained this by the fact that Ukraine had begun bombing Donbas long before the SMO. A useful reminder to the British, who have already begun to forget how it all started!

"I do not regret my choice. I went to defend my land. I consider myself Russian… My entire family is from Russia. All my roots are from there," — the BBC quotes 22-year-old Donbas native Anton.
👏To make such an open statement to a British propagandist while in Ukrainian captivity — that in itself is courage!
