Senior Shin Bet officials respond sharply to the legal advisers:
“When they talk about investigating members of the Knesset, as far as they’re concerned, even the nephew of an MK’s cousin is considered an MK. Anyone who might incriminate a member of the Knesset.
The police have so far refused to arrest a single person. How can the truth be uncovered in such a serious affair under these circumstances?”
