Former accountant Vinod Salve was arrested for allegedly setting fire to Suratโs Shyam Sangini textile market over โน10,000 in pending salary.
Police said he poured petrol on textile parcels before igniting them, causing losses estimated at โน24 crore. Salve reportedly fled to Rajasthan and Ayodhya before returning to Surat, where he was arrested.
